Focused on group coaching, BEAST offers youth performance training, adult fitness classes and customized private and semi-private coaching. Programs designed to fit all athletes of all ages at any level of their sports careers. Their programs are built to help each athlete realize his/her own individualized path to excellence within a group setting.

Current programs and services include unlimited daily access to group classes, individualized custom program design, sport specific team and in-season coaching, summer camps, along with specialized seasonal training for softball, wrestling, P3 exit velocity & bat speed and vertical jump & explosive power.

Youth performance classes run daily for 2nd grade through high school, in addition to college and older professional athletes. In addition to adult fitness classes.

All their athletes undergo an initial performance test called a "BEAST Rank" to assess their current skill level. Understanding this level allows for proper placing in the correct training group, designing the appropriate training program, monitoring progress and ensuring their coaches are accountable in getting the best results for their athletes.

Membership based, members pay an initiation fee and can sign up for month-to-month, 3- or 12-months contracts based on their commitment. There is also a drop-in rate and single session pricing.

Their facility is over 7,400 sqft and boasts a 6,000 sqft training area equipped for everything a performance coach needs included 12 power racks, 30 yards of turf, a cardio area, a medicine ball wall for younger athletes and plenty of open space to move. As well as 6 treadmills, 4 rowers and 4 bikes. Perfectly designed with the needs of an athlete in mind!

Also, a front desk, managers office, men’s & women’s bathrooms, and a janitor/storage closet.
